I purchased the lifetime version of the app and I can't use all the features. What should I do?

If you purchased the app before the introduction of a subscription model, and you're experiencing issues accessing one or more features, contact us and include the following information:

  • A screenshot of the invoice that notified you of the purchase of the app
  • Your Backend ID, retrievable by following these simple steps:
    1. Ensure you’re using the most recent version of the app by downloading it from the App Store/Google Play Store
    2. Open the app, and on the first page that appears, press four fingers for about five seconds
    3. A menu will show up—tap on Backend ID
    4. Copy it or share it to make sure it is sent in reply to this email
