If you lose your progress, please make sure not to uninstall the app—doing so will make it impossible to retrieve it.
Then in order to retrieve the disappeared data, please follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Apple App Store and download the latest version of the app, if you’re not already using it
- Launch the app and press four fingers for about five seconds on the first screen > Tap Upload State Backup Info when it pops up
- Copy the ID that appears and email it to us
- If you see a message saying that there’s no backup to restore, unfortunately, we can’t retrieve your progress
