The daily calories report you saw at the end of the onboarding phase along with the number of workouts and steps you are suggested to perform to maximize your efforts and easily reach your goals is currently not visible in other sections of the app. As our app doesn't include a nutrition program or a diet coach at the moment, we leave freedom to all our users to personally choose their own diet and calorie consumption based on their habits and needs.
Once the onboarding is over, the app will generate a plan based on the preferences you expressed in the initial phase. To keep track of your achievements in terms of workouts and exercises, you can take a look at the dashboard available at the top of the
Profile section. There you'll also find a count of the calories you burnt while performing those exercises.
