Please try checking that the song volume you added is set right. To verify this, feel free to follow these few steps:
- Open your project.
- On the menu at the bottom of the screen, tap the music note icon and access the Audio section.
- Your song will appear as a red bar. Check that there's a soundwave visible in the red stripe.
- If there's no soundwave, place your finger on the red bar and slide right to scroll until you meet the soundwave. The beginning of the wave should correspond to the song's starting point.
- Tap the little pencil symbol in the top-right corner of the red bar and check that the volume is high enough. If it isn't, use the red volume bar to increase the volume of your song.
If your music is set to a high enough volume but you still cannot hear the song you added, please send us the following information:
- A screen recording or a video of the process you follow to add and play your song.
- Confirmation of whether the issue occurs when you play your project in SlideShow or after you have exported it.
